Job Description

The work of the HR Associate is to add to what we've been doing well and help us to advance in the future. Job Responsibilities

100% -

-Create job descriptions and keep current descriptions updated
-Administer all job postings
-Actively and consistently source talent, including working with local schools for interns as well as recruit for higher positions.
-Screen and interview candidates for open positions
-Coordinate interviews and the hiring process for all candidates
-Oversee employee onboardings and offboardings
-Respond to employee questions regarding PTO, benefits, and company policies
-Organize performance management reviews and updates
-Maintain HRIS and Payroll system


Qualifications -

-2+ years of full cycle recruiting/sourcing experience is required
-A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar preferred
-An understanding of the IT Support industry and the roles and responsibilities within that industry is helpful
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational and planning skills
-Proficient in MS Office products
