Job Description

The Recruiter leads all talent acquisition practices, goals, and objectives which will support a best in class high-performance culture with emphasis on the recruitment of a superior workforce

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for expertly sourcing, supporting the screening and delivering relevant top talent
  • Maintain current knowledge of emerging technology and innovative trends and best recruitment practices
  • Provide a high touch, heavily communicative process with both the candidates and the hiring managers
  • Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings
  • Collaborate with client hiring managers to fully understand their hiring needs and the specifications of open job requisitions
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to fulfill hiring needs which will include relationship-building, passive partnered recruitment on Internet/social media sites, networking within the specific industry, obtaining referrals
  • Successfully handle a high requisition load of 30+ candidates at all times
  • Collect, process, and maintain applicant data including, but not limited to, interviewer recommendations and assessment results
  • Demonstrate unparalleled integrity and high energy while working under minimal supervision
  • Responsible for providing a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in either an agency and corporate setting is required
  • Manufacturing/Distribution industry experience preferred
  • Experience with an ATS is required
  • Expert knowledge of social media/Internet recruitment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including email etiquette
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • Must be able to work independently
