Job Description

We are currently seeking a seasoned Sales Representative and Special Projects Manager to expand our book of business in New Jersey, Philadelphia and Suburbs. This position offers a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to be a part of a rapidly growing and innovative company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining customer relationships through accountability and excellent customer service with a focus on targeting and growing our special projects division.  

The Sales Manager is accountable for all aspects of day-to-day sales and meeting customer operational expectations. This role is directly responsible for ensuring that all sales opportunities are properly managed, developed, and aligned to effectively support the continued growth of the organization. As a key member of the sales team, you will be required to be a strategic operator experienced in sales execution.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Proactively selling special project services to new prospects and generating new business.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Manage and help set monthly sales projections and targets.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as social media, email campaigns, trade show prep, etc.
  • Develop and manage KPIs for the sales organization and report and react based on results.
  • Create and implement sales processes.  
Required Skills/Abilities: 
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients.
  • Ability to generate and develop leads.
  • Prior experience responding to RFPs, SOWs and large project inquiries.
  • Proven success completing projects and developing long-term relationships with customers.
  • Must be a self-starter, solution focused and a proactive problem-solver. 
  • Ability to multi-task and work well across divisions. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent time management skills. 
  • Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and clients. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and Power Point. 
  • Proficient in customer CRM (experience with Team software a plus). 
  • Organized with attention to detail.  
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years sales experience (Cleaning services field is a plus)
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel daily within sales territory as required.
  • Valid driver’s license and no major driving violations.
